The Fabrica accommodation complex offers a minimalist loft design and consists of 4 villas that can be booked independently or as a whole. Two sun terraces, each with its own pool, are shared by the guests of the complex.

The mid-level and side-by-side accommodations Villa MILOS (92 sqm) and Villa CANAVA (86 sqm) each sleep up to 4 people in a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a loft bedroom with a double bed located over half of the living room. In addition, each of the two villas includes another bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Villa Milos is additionally equipped with a dressing room. Each has a charming living area with a dining area and kitchen, which can be beautifully overlooked from the loft. The building has double room height, which gives a feeling of freedom. Villa KATIKIA (35 sqm), located opposite, is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, living area and small kitchenette (tea/coffee kitchen). The high-quality Coco-Mat mattresses of the double beds guarantee a restful sleep!

A large and fully equipped communal kitchen with a gas stove and a communal indoor and outdoor dining area is also available. And also the community pool (6,0 m x 4,5 m) on the middle level as well as the smaller pool with hydromassage (4,0 m x 2,5 m) on the upper sun terrace is freely accessible for the guests of the villa. Both pools have a counter-current system and are therefore also good for swimming!

The accommodation complex has a spacious outdoor area: with two impressive pool terraces and various additional outdoor areas, you will be spoilt for choice to find your perfect spot to enjoy the Greek sun. This home has been furnished with care and attention to ensure that everything is stylish and luxurious without being ostentatious. The property has been restored with a deep understanding of the traditional architecture of Santorini using the old style of polished cement and eco-friendly materials. Elements of the factory were incorporated into the design, and a huge engine house stands like a magnificent sculpture at the center of one of the many living spaces. The restoration project took years to complete, as Fabrica is located directly beneath the historically significant Pyrgos Castle. The floors were carefully created by a local craftsman who mixed paints and cement to achieve a beautiful matte finish. Santorini is famous for its organic Cycladic architecture, but it's not every day you get to experience something like this. You have to stay here - to live and breathe in it - to fully appreciate the splendor of Fabrica's high ceilings and natural light.

Villa Fabrica (accommodation complex) is located in the picturesque village of Pyrgos Kallistis or simply Pyrgos (literally "tower") on the Aegean island of Santorini. Pyrgos is located 5 km from the island's capital Fira, 6 km from Santorini International Airport and 5 km from Athinios Port. The village is built amphitheatrically on a hill that offers a magnificent view of the island in almost all directions. The villa is located in the area "Voreina" (North), below the remains of the Venetian castle (Kasteli), which is located on the top of the hill. The typical medieval narrow streets, fortified walls and hidden passages and the unique Cycladic local architecture are preserved in this traditional settlement.
