Blue Caves Villas is a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex consisting of six traditional Zakynthian stone houses. The villas are situated in an excellent location with direct access to the sea and the legendary, impressive Priest's Cave. They have been designed with the greatest care and are luxuriously and comfortably furnished, using only natural materials that are in harmony with the environment. The construction method combines traditional stone house architecture with high quality design and allows panoramic views of the vineyards, the sea and the natural landscape.

About the villa:

The beautiful Villa Fantasia with tasteful interior design is a one storey stone house with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ideal for 4-5 persons. The ground-level villa is also suitable for people with disabilities and has wide doors, plus specially adapted living areas for the bathroom, kitchen and indoor and outdoor areas. It is a level house with an easily accessible covered terrace, a private pool (32 sqm, 1.40 m deep) and sunbathing areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: Cookware, gas stove and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The two bedrooms are one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and each with en-suite bathroom. Bed sizes: double beds 1.60 m x 2.00 m, single bed 0.90 m x 2.00 m.

The villa offers both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The living/dining room has glazed views of the pool area and an outdoor dining table under the covered veranda with breathtaking views of Kefalonia and the beautiful surroundings. There is also a sofa bed for a possible fifth person in the living room.

The outdoor area has a private pool with hydromassage, an outdoor barbecue and direct access to the sea.

About the location:

The villas are surrounded by nature on one of the last untouched areas in the northern part of the island of Zakynthos, 3 kilometers from the yachting port of Agios Nikolaos, where you can also find a supermarket, cafes and taverns. Blue Cave Villas are located on a private plot of over 40.000 sqm with breathtaking panoramic sea views and are also only 150 meters from the sea, in the northeastern part of Zakynthos, Alikes, Vassilikos and the Kefalonia Islands. The nearest tavern is within walking distance of 1200 meters and the nearest beach is also only 3 kilometers away from the villas.

A part of the legendary and worth seeing "Blue Caves" are located directly below the villas.
