Blue Caves Villas is a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex consisting of six traditional Zakynthian stone houses. The villas are situated in an excellent location with direct access to the sea and the legendary, impressive Priest's Cave. They have been designed with the utmost care and are luxuriously and comfortably furnished using only natural materials in harmony with the environment. The construction method combines traditional stone house architecture with high quality design and allows panoramic views of the vineyards, the sea and the natural landscape.

About the villa:

The beautiful natural stone villa Harmonia with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offers ideal space for 8 to 10 persons. It has its own private pool (33 sqm, 1.40 m deep) with hydro massage, an exclusive indoor hammam and direct access to the sea. On the ground floor there is a double bed with en-suite shower room and another bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and also en-suite bathroom. A further bedroom (45 sqm) is located in the basement where there are two single beds and a double bed. There is also an additional double bedroom and a shared shower room on this floor. Bed sizes: double beds 1.60 m x 2.00 m, single bed 0.90 m x 2.00 m.

The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and includes: Cookware, gas stove and oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.

The villa offers both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The living/dining room has glazed views of the pool area and an outdoor dining table under the covered veranda with breathtaking views of Kefalonia and the beautiful surroundings. An outdoor barbeque and private parking is available.

About the location:

The villas are surrounded by nature in one of the last unspoiled areas in the northern part of the island of Zakynthos, 3 kilometers from the yacht port of Agios Nikolaos, where you will also find a supermarket, cafes and taverns. Blue Cave Villas are located on a private plot of over 40.000 sqm with breathtaking panoramic sea views and are also only 150 meters from the sea, in the northeastern part of Zakynthos, Alikes, Vassilikos and the Kefalonia Islands. The nearest tavern is within walking distance of 1200 meters and the nearest beach is also only 3 kilometers away from the villas.

A part of the legendary and worth seeing "Blue Caves" are located directly below the villas.
