The interior is very elegantly furnished with high quality furniture and perfectly designed to provide a truly enjoyable holiday experience. The airy ground floor has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with large sliding balcony doors and a small bathroom. The living room and kitchen both have direct access to the private pool where you can relax in nature and enjoy the Greek sun. There is a sofa that can also accommodate one person.

The rooms are located on the first floor. The villa has two bedrooms (double bed queen-single beds 0.90x2m), each with its own bathroom. Each room has direct access to a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The villas can accommodate up to 5 people.

The outdoor area: Private pool (34 sqm in size) with sun loungers, parasols and relaxation areas. The outdoor pergola is the ideal place for reading or dining. There is also a private parking space. Thanks to our barbecue area in the garden, your evenings will be even more cosy.

The famous Laganas beach is just under 11 km from Aguacate Villas and Gerakas beach is 20 km away.
