The charming Villa Alivia, with its spacious rooms, high glass windows and sun-drenched lounge, is a two-story luxury villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms that can accommodate up to six guests. It has a private swimming pool and a lush orchard. High ceilings and large expanses of glass allow for breathtaking views of the citrus groves and mountains.

The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining room and lounge area are separate from the bedrooms and bathrooms and are connected by a light-filled corridor. This allows guests to look out into the nature of the garden and orange trees on the other side of the vacation villa.

On the first floor there are two separate large bedrooms, the first with direct access to the pool and wooden yacht-style veranda and the other with access to the garden. The bedrooms have spacious closets with plenty of storage space.

A shower experience you will never forget! The first floor windowed bathroom with its subtle marble and stone elements has a WC, spacious hydro-massage shower, heated towel rails and extensive care products with organic ingredients from local production.

The stunning master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with marble paneled bathtub with Jacuzzi, en-suite shower, a WC and double sinks in the same open-plan space. The master bedroom also offers a desk and chair and a 42-inch LCD television.

At Conte Marino, we believe that restful sleep is of the utmost importance to our guests. For this reason, all of our beds and bedding are of exquisite quality. For optimal sleep, the equipment consists of mattresses, pillows, comforters, premium cotton bedding, towels and bathrobes by COCO-MAT.

The villa is located about 500 m outside the village of Kondomari and only 4 km from the sandy beach of Gerani. The nearest mini market is about 1000 m away and the nearest restaurant is 1400 m away. The port city of Chania with its charismatic old town and its sights is 18 km away and invites you to one or more visits. Also the famous beaches of the west like Falasarna, Balos and Elafonissi are certainly worth a trip there.
