Villa Orangia's two separate bedrooms with stone elements are very spacious and located next to each other on the first floor with direct access to the pool, terrace and garden. Moreover, the luxurious accommodation offers a stone and marble bathroom on the first floor, with WC, spacious hydro-massage shower, heated towel rail and organic care products from Crete.
Enter the second floor bedroom and discover an oasis of tranquility and finesse. It consists of the sleeping area with king-size bed, drawers, desk, armchair and 37-inch LCD TV and an en-suite bathroom with WC and marble-paneled Jacuzzi bathtub, whose design alludes to the olive trees outside. The second area is complemented by a luxurious double sink in addition to the spacious bathroom furniture. A guest who may be here will never be disappointed.
At Conte Marino, we believe that restful sleep is of utmost importance to our guests. For this reason, all of our beds and bedding are of exquisite quality. For optimal sleep, the equipment consists of mattresses, pillows, comforters, premium cotton bedding, towels and bathrobes by COCO-MAT.

The villa is located about 500 m outside the village of Kondomari and only 4 km from the sandy beach of Gerani. The nearest mini market is about 1000 m away and the nearest restaurant is 1400 m away. The port city of Chania with its charismatic old town and its sights is 18 km away and invites you to one or more visits. Also the famous beaches of the west like Falasarna, Balos and Elafonissi are certainly worth a trip there.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 8 days before arrival, the payment already made will be credited for a new booking period. If a booking is cancelled less than 8 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
