The first floor features an open, modern kitchen, an elegant dining room and lounge area, and two spacious, side-by-side but separate bedrooms, both with direct access to the pool, terrace and garden. The two bedrooms offer ample storage space and a comfortable closet.

The bright bathroom on the first floor with marble and stone elements from the region are equipped with a toilet and a spacious hydromassage shower, which will give you the feeling of a pleasant summer rain. Together with the organic care products from the island of Crete, this becomes a special and invigorating experience.

The second floor bedroom offers you a breathtaking view.  With a wonderfully comfortable king size bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with marble paneled bathtub with Jacuzzi, private shower and double sinks in the same open space, you can feel completely comfortable and enjoy privacy. The master bedroom is also equipped with a desk and chair, as well as a 42-inch LCD television.

At Conte Marino, we believe that restful sleep is of utmost importance to our guests. For this reason, all our beds and bedding are of exquisite quality. For optimal sleep, the equipment consists of mattresses, pillows, comforters, premium cotton bedding, towels and bathrobes by COCO-MAT.

The villa is located about 500 m outside the village of Kondomari and only 4 km from the sandy beach of Gerani. The nearest mini market is about 1000 m away and the nearest restaurant is 1400 m away. The port city of Chania with its charismatic old town and its sights is 18 km away and invites you to one or more visits. Also the famous beaches of the west like Falasarna, Balos and Elafonissi are certainly worth a trip there.
