Villa ALABASTER is a tasteful, ground level, 240 square meter villa built on the hill of the complex overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Cyclades Islands. This can accommodate up to 6 guests, with three bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a separate bedroom. From the large master suite you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the island of Mykonos.
In addition, the villa offers a comfortable chic living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, fireplace, indoor Jacuzzi and underfloor heating also for winter occupancy. A spectacular private infinity pool with hydro-massage (100 square meters) and fiber optics completes the elegant outdoor lounging, dining, and sitting areas on 260 square meters.

The villa is located on the top of the hill Kounoupas and offers a unique view of the sunset and the wide sea of the Aegean Sea. The luxury villa is located 5 km from the center of Mykonos town where pulsating life takes place. Many cafes, taverns, restaurants and bars line the old harbor and also "Little Venetian" and the famous windmills are part of this flair and enchanting sight. The beautiful sandy beach Ftelia in the north of the island is 6 km away as well as the famous Super Paradise Beach in the south only 4,7 km. All popular beach bars can be reached in 10 minutes.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is payable immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental costs is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 6 weeks before arrival, 30% of the total rental costs will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
