A complex of five luxury villas named Alabaster, Obsidian, Amethyst, Moonstone and Stalagmite is located on the top of the island hill of Kounoupas, offering exquisite, endless views of the Aegean Sea and almost all the Cyclades islands, including the sacred island of Delos.
Inspired by the colors of nature, the villas blend into the landscape through natural stone construction and are almost transparent. Infinity pools, ultra-modern interiors, minimal designs, unique gardens that combine all the shades of the island, incredible panoramic views from the outside are just some of the irresistible features of the villas. Each property has its own private pool, elegant outdoor dining and seating areas and master bedrooms with private bathrooms.
Villa AMETHYST is the mirror image of Villa Opsidian as it has the exact same features. A ground-level villa with a total of 150 sqm that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of three master bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds, as well as en-suite bathrooms. The endless view from the chambres to the entire Aegean Sea is given from the terraces in front of each room, the fully equipped kitchen, living and lounge area. An additional guest toilet is available.
The villa has its own private pool with hydromassage (30 sqm), wonderful outdoor dining and seating areas spread over the 170 sqm. The surrounding plants perfectly match the landscape of the Kounoupas hill and provide the necessary isolation from the other guests of the complex.

Location:
The villa is located on the top of the hill Kounoupas and offers a unique view of the sunset and the wide sea of the Aegean Sea. The luxury villa is located 5 km from the center of Mykonos town where pulsating life takes place. Many cafes, taverns, restaurants and bars line the old harbor and also "Little Venice" and the famous windmills are part of this flair and enchanting sight. The beautiful sandy beach Ftelia in the north of the island is 6 km away as well as the famous Super Paradise Beach in the south only 4,7 km. All popular beach bars can be reached in 10 minutes.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is payable immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental costs is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 6 weeks before arrival, 30% of the total rental costs will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
