A complex of five luxury villas named Alabaster, Obsidian, Amethyst, Moonstone and Stalagmite is located on the top of the island hill of Kounoupas, offering exquisite, endless views of the Aegean Sea and almost all the Cyclades islands, including the sacred island of Delos.
Inspired by the colors of nature, the villas blend into the landscape with their natural stone construction, giving them an almost transparent appearance. Villa STALAGMITE is the largest villa in the complex with 6 master bedrooms and a total area of 280 square meters. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms each with comfortable double bed and private bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with magnificent views and on the upper floor there are another three bedrooms with private bathroom and planted roofs. The villa can accommodate a total of 12 guests.

The villa is located on the top of the hill Kounoupas and offers a unique view of the sunset and the wide sea of the Aegean Sea. The luxury villa is located 5 km from the center of Mykonos town where pulsating life takes place. Many cafes, taverns, restaurants and bars line the old harbor and also "Little Venetian" and the famous windmills are part of this flair and enchanting sight. The beautiful sandy beach Ftelia in the north of the island is 6 km away as well as the famous Super Paradise Beach in the south only 4,7 km. All popular beach bars can be reached in 10 minutes.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is payable immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental costs is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 6 weeks before arrival, 30% of the total rental costs will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
