S.A.N.D. Villa 2 is a S.A.N.D. Collection villa that glows in the bohemian breeze, reflecting the joyful energy and impeccable views of the famous Santa Maria beach. It is a spacious, comfortable villa of 240 sqm that can accommodate up to 11 guests; ideal to let go, relax and feed off the breathtaking views. A soothing, soft white palette was chosen for the interiors, embracing artistic temperament with island-style custom decorations, while the outdoor living areas highlight its elegant minimalist spirit: S.A.N.D. Villa 2's shaded lounge area with pergola creates an ideal setting for dreamy moments of relaxed conversation with friends and family.

On the first floor, S.A.N.D Villa 2 has two spacious, light-filled bedrooms (15 sqm and 16 sqm); a soothing ambiance completed by a comfortable bathroom and a guest bathroom.
The dining area of the first floor (22 sqm) is separated from the living area (24 sqm), offering comfort and privacy: the large living area has two comfortable built-in sofas that can be converted into beds. Beautiful textures, elegant decorative elements and natural materials waft throughout the villa's white, light-filled living room, which opens onto a lovely shaded veranda.
On the lower first floor of S.A.N.D. Villa 2 is a living room (25 square meters) with a built-in sofa that can comfortably accommodate one person for sleeping. On the same floor, a bedroom (14 sqm) with a double bed and a bedroom (18 sqm) with two additional single beds separated by an ornate bamboo wall create an airy island atmosphere. The two bedrooms share a luxurious and spacious bathroom (7.5 sqm) and open to a shaded veranda.

S.A.N.D. Villa 3 is a magnificent family villa of 145 sqm, spacious, light-filled, and elegant; it features carefully designed details in minimal clean lines that highlight the beauty of its surroundings.

The living room is very spacious and comfortable (62 sqm), has two comfortable built-in sofas that can be converted into beds, and leads to a large veranda of 110 sqm with pergola and its own private pool. It has a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
S.A.N.D. Villa 3 has an elegant master bedroom (15 sqm) with a private bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds (that can be converted into a double bed) (16 sqm), also with a bathroom.

About the location:

At the organized beach of Santa Maria, located about 500 meters away, there are umbrellas and sunbeds, a beach bar, and a restaurant directly by the sea. A mini-market is located in Santa Maria.
In Little Santa Maria, which is also organized, there are two restaurants: the first one "Katsounas" offers traditional food, the second one "To Dixti" offers fish and seafood menus.
Across from the family beach of Xifara and only 1.5 km. from the S.A.N.D. collection is the famous restaurant Siparos, known for its creative Greek cuisine.
