A soothing, soft white palette was chosen for the interiors, embracing artistic temperament with island-style custom decorations, while the outdoor living areas highlight its elegant minimalist spirit: S.A.N.D. Villa 2's shaded lounge area with pergola creates an ideal setting for dreamy moments of relaxed conversation with friends and family.
On the first floor, S.A.N.D Villa 2 has two spacious, light-filled bedrooms (15 sqm and 16 sqm); a soothing ambiance completed by a comfortable bathroom and a guest bathroom.
The dining area of the first floor (22 sqm) is separated from the living area (24 sqm), offering comfort and privacy: the large living area has two comfortable built-in sofas that can be converted into beds. Beautiful textures, elegant decorative elements, and natural materials waft throughout the villa's white, light-filled living room, which opens onto a lovely shaded veranda.
On the lower first floor of S.A.N.D. Villa 2 is a living room (25 square meters) with a built-in sofa that can comfortably accommodate one person for sleeping. On the same floor, a sleeping area (14 sqm) with a double bed and a second sleeping area (18 sqm) with two additional single beds separated by an ornate bamboo wall create an airy island atmosphere. The two bedrooms share a luxurious and spacious bathroom (7.5 sqm) and open to a shaded veranda.

About the location:

At the organized beach of Santa Maria, about 500 meters away, there are umbrellas and sunbeds, a beach bar, and a restaurant directly on the sea. A mini-market is located in Santa Maria.
In Little Santa Maria, which is also organized, there are two restaurants: the first one "Katsounas" offers traditional food, the second one "To Dixti" offers fish and seafood menus.
Across from the family beach of Xifara and only 1.5 km. from the S.A.N.D. collection is the famous restaurant Siparos, known for its creative Greek cuisine.
