It features a master bedroom (12 sqm) with a masonry bed and adjoining bathroom (4.5 sqm), a bedroom (17 sqm) with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom (4.5 sqm), and a bedroom (18 sqm) with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (5 sqm).
The comfortable open kitchen of S.A.N.D. Villa 5, as well as the spacious living and dining rooms, are surrounded (50 sqm) by a large veranda of 100 sqm with a relaxing plunge pool.
About the location:
At the organized beach of Santa Maria, about 500 meters away, there are umbrellas and sunbeds, a beach bar, and a restaurant directly on the sea. A mini-market is located in Santa Maria.
In Little Santa Maria, which is also organized, there are two restaurants: the first one "Katsounas" offers traditional food, the second one "To Dixti" offers fish and seafood menus.
Across from the family beach of Xifara and only 1.5 km. from the S.A.N.D. collection is the famous restaurant Siparos, known for its creative Greek cuisine.
