Amara Luxury Villas are located on the south side of Rhodes island. Modern three-storey villa overlooking the Aegean Sea and the surrounding unique landscape.
Each of the three villas has three bedrooms on three floors, each with a private balcony, three bathrooms, a private terrace with a large pool and a heated Jacuzzi for four people, an indoor and outdoor dining area and a full size kitchen.
Amenities also include high-speed Internet, satellite TV with Netflix in every room, a Playstation, printer, tablet, exclusive bathroom products, mini-safe and more. Two of the bedrooms, each with a double bed, bathroom and balcony, are located on the second floor. The third bedroom, equally equipped, is located on the third floor.
A private swimming pool (5 m x 8 m, 1.50 m deep) with furnished sun terrace is located in front of the living room. A heated Jacuzzi is also available.
Meanwhile, in front of villas 1-3 are Amara Luxury Villas 4-6.
Location:
Amara Luxury Villa is located only 2 km from the village of Lachania. Small hills ideal for hiking, miles of pristine beaches between beautiful bays waiting to be explored. Cycling, diving, windsurfing in nearby world famous Prasonissi, are just some of the activities you can enjoy here.
Complete seclusion and relaxation is guaranteed - you just have to take the time!
The sea is about 500 meters away from the villa and easily accessible with our free bikes on site for all guests. Likewise, the villa has private parking as a car is a must for exploring the nearby villages and tasting the amazing local cuisine. Prasonissi, the surfer's paradise is about 19 km away, and the worth seeing village of Lindos about 30 km.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of no-show, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee
