Amara Luxury Villa 6 is a two-story villa with three bedrooms and a guest apartment that can accommodate a total of 8 people. A unique design villa with contemporary style minimal but very luxurious.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor overlooking the living area with the large swimming pool (8 m x 8 m, 1.50 m deep). This is also where the interior second full size kitchen is located with an extra shower and bathroom for their poolside guests. In addition, the villa has a main full size kitchen as well as a dining area and a secondary outdoor living area with bioethanol fireplace.
A living room area has a large TV, 5th generation PlayStation, satellite channels, Netflix board games, etc.
Everything is fully automated by Crestron automation, such as the electric blinds, curtains, lights, pool lights and even the music.
Large view panels throughout the villa offer fantastic views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding area. Both an exterior and interior staircase leads to the upper floor and the fantastic panoramic view of the entire area. On one side is a second pool with an internal Jacuzzi, with a dining area and lounge sun decks. A heated outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people, and a dining area with barbecue kitchen is also available.

Amara Luxury Villas are located just 2 km from the village of Lachania. Small hills ideal for hiking, miles of pristine beaches between beautiful bays waiting to be explored. Cycling, diving, windsurfing in nearby world famous Prasonissi, are just some of the activities you can enjoy here.
Complete seclusion and relaxation is guaranteed - you just have to take the time!
The sea is about 500 meters away from the villa and easily accessible with our free bikes on site for all guests. Likewise, the villa has private parking as a car is a must for exploring the nearby villages and tasting the amazing local cuisine. Prasonissi, the surfer's paradise is about 19 km away, and the worth seeing village of Lindos about 30 km.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of no-show, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee
