With unique contemporary minimalist design and style, Amara Luxury Villa 4 features a modern living area with a large private pool (10 m x 3,5 m, 1,50 m deep), a heated Jacuzzi that can accommodate 3 people, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a modern kitchen and bathroom.
In addition, the villa has an indoor lounge area with a satellite TV, a PlayStation, various board games and more.
The entire villa is controlled by a Crestron automation system, providing security and ease of use for our guests.
The villa offers exclusive bathroom facilities, a well-equipped kitchen, high-speed internet throughout the house, a tablet, bathrobes and towels for the lounge area.
A private parking space is also offered in the complex, as well as electric charger for your vehicle, bicycles free of charge for all our guests, large outdoor garden areas and of course amazing panoramic views of the beautiful surroundings.

Amara Luxury Villas are located just 2 km from the village of Lachania. Small hills ideal for hiking, miles of pristine beaches between beautiful bays waiting to be explored. Cycling, diving, windsurfing in nearby world famous Prasonissi, are just some of the activities you can enjoy here.
Complete seclusion and relaxation is guaranteed - you just have to take the time!
The sea is about 500 meters away from the villa and easily accessible with our free bikes on site for all guests. Likewise, the villa has private parking as a car is a must for exploring the nearby villages and tasting the amazing local cuisine. Prasonissi, the surfer's paradise is about 19 km away, and the worth seeing village of Lindos about 30 km.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of no-show, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee
