Emerald Suites were built with respect for the environment, but at the same time luxurious, modern and minimalist, to offer the highest level of luxury and privacy to the most demanding guests looking for a romantic getaway.
About the suite:
Each Emerald Suite offers a spacious living area with well-equipped kitchenette and dining area, an open bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. A sofa bed is also available in the living area for a child up to 12 years of age.
Ceiling-high glass doors let the Greek sun shine into the entire suite and open onto a private terrace with seawater infinity pool (22 sqm, 1.50 m deep), sun loungers, lounge area and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea.
The Emerald Suites can also be connected to each other, making them a good choice for a family that wants to be next to each other but also wants to enjoy some time in privacy.
About the location:
Emerald Suites is located about 1 km outside the very small village of Varvara and only about 2 km from the port and beach of Agios Nikolaos. In 500 meters distance you can find the nearest tavern and in 2 kilometers the nearest mini-market. The fine pebble beach and the clear, deep sea are ideal for swimming and relaxing. Next to the beach of Agios Nikolaos, the famous beach of Makris Gialos and the Xygia (sulphur) springs are also close to Emerald Villas. There are many taverns in the area where you can try fresh fish, local dishes and traditional Greek delicacies.
At the small harbour you will always find fishing boats, yachts and excursion boats that will take you to the Blue Caves and Navagio (shipwreck) beach. If you feel like a trip to another island, the ferry leaves daily from the port to Pessada of Kefallonia.
The Askos area is not only known for its natural beauty, but also for the Askos Stone Park. Only a few meters from the Emerald Deluxe Villas, the park is the ideal place for nature lovers. Only about 5 kilometers away are the famous Blue Caves and in about 14 kilometers the legendary Navagio shipwreck, which are also waiting for your visit.
The villa has the license of the Greek Tourist Board with the number 1007885.

Terms of payment
Non-refundable price: The total rental costs are due immediately upon booking.
Refundable Price: A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental costs is due upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable price: If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Wir waren vom 22.05. bis zum 05.06.2022 in Zakynthos und haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Emerald Suite verbracht. Der Ausblick und die Ausstattung waren einfach nur gigantisch. Zwar haben wir einige Ausflüge gemacht aber die meiste Zeit in der Suite mit der schönen Terrasse und dem eigenen kleinen Pool verbracht. Wer Ruhe sucht und die Aussicht genießen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Traumhaft
Wir waren schon auf dem ganzen Erdball unterwegs. Aber die Suiten 12 Tage Cave und 3 Tage Suite neben Reception vom 6.5.2023-20.05.2023 waren das beste was wir je in einem Urlaub gesehen hatten. Aussicht, Die Netten Menschen wie Irene, Luis, uvm. alle super nett. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
