About the villa:

Emerald Superior Villa is a two-storey stone house (105 sqm) with private swimming pool and outdoor area for 4 to 6 persons. The ground floor consists of an open country style living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances and a full range of cooking utensils and utensils. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with wooden furniture and a couch that can also be used as a sofa bed for the fifth and sixth guest.
A wooden staircase leads you to the two comfortable bedrooms (1x double bed 1.5 m x 2.0 m with en-suite shower, 1x two single beds 0.85 m x 2.0 m) and the upstairs bathroom, which has a Jacuzzi bathtub, hair dryer and toiletries. The outdoor area of the villa is designed to ensure that you enjoy maximum privacy and leisure during your holiday. There is a fenced area of 185 sqm, with a private swimming pool (28 sqm, 1.50 m deep), sun loungers and parasols, lounge area, bricked BBQ, dining area and magnificent sea views over the Ionian Sea.

About the location:

Emerald Villas are located on the edge of the village of Varvara and only 800 meters from the port and beach of Agios Nikolaos. In 100 meters distance you can find the nearest tavern and in 800 meters the nearest mini-market. The fine pebble beach and the clear, deep sea are ideal for swimming and relaxing. Next to the beach of Agios Nikolaos, the famous beach of Makris Gialos and the Xygia (sulphur) springs are also close to Emerald Villas. There are many taverns in the area where you can try fresh fish, local dishes and traditional Greek delicacies.
At the small harbour you will always find fishing boats, yachts and excursion boats that will take you to the Blue Caves and Navagio (shipwreck) beach. If you feel like a trip to another island, the ferry leaves daily from the port to Pessada of Kefallonia.
The Askos area is not only known for its natural beauty, but also for the Askos Stone Park. Only a few meters from the Emerald Deluxe Villas, the park is the ideal place for nature lovers. Only about 5 kilometers away are the famous Blue Caves and in about 14 kilometers the legendary Navagio shipwreck, which are also waiting for your visit.
