On the first floor level, at sea level, the property has a very spacious living room of 40 sqm, which flows into the large, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area (40 sqm). The impressive ground level veranda of 130 sqm has its own private plunge pool and sea views.

About the location:

At the organized beach of Santa Maria, located about 500 meters away, there are umbrellas and sunbeds, a beach bar, and a restaurant directly on the sea. A mini-market is located in Santa Maria.
In Little Santa Maria, which is also organized, there are two restaurants: the first one "Katsounas" offers traditional food, the second one "To Dixti" offers fish and seafood menus.
Across from the family beach of Xifara and only 1.5 km. from the S.A.N.D. collection is the famous restaurant Siparos, known for its creative Greek cuisine.
