Our incredible villa is a real gem, perfect for a relaxing vacation amidst the beauty of Greece. The villa is an extremely modern and high quality designed house with large outdoor areas.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which also offers an additional bunk bed, each with its own bathroom. From these rooms you can access a beautifully landscaped garden full of herbs, flowers and established fruit trees.

An outside staircase leads up to the main villa, which offers a large outdoor living area, kitchen and barbecue.
Barbecue area... perfect for outdoor living. Sun loungers surround the private pool, the L-shaped pool (10m x 3m, with skin-friendly salt filtration system) that invites you to swim while watching the breathtaking background such as the mountains and the blue Ionian Sea. The outdoor area is completed by a relaxing Jacuzzi.
A glass door leads from the pool area to the middle floor of the villa, where you will find a spacious, tasteful living room, a modern equipped kitchen and a dining area. The area is bright and airy, making you feel right at home.
A staircase leads up to the master bedroom, which offers pure luxury and comfort. A bathroom, a large walk-in closet and a veranda with enchanting sea views complete this stunning and beautiful villa.

Paleros, a picturesque town on the west coast of mainland Greece, is set in a stunning backdrop of beautiful and tranquil views and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees stretch down to the sandy beaches. The town with its many bars and taverns is just a few minutes walk away. The most popular place is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht Club, which offers all day entertainment and invites you to relax with sun loungers and umbrellas while enjoying an ice cold drink from the wide selection of cocktails or sampling delicious Greek cuisine from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
The villa is an excellent starting point to explore the neighboring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous island of Skorpios.
