The villa is ideal for a family or friends traveling together to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

The single story 2 bed villa consists of a large en-suite master bedroom with rain shower, stone sink and W.C., and a second bedroom with rain shower and stone sink. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and shelves for a laptop or other items. Large French doors lead from both bedrooms to a covered terrace. The living area has a comfortable, modern sofa that faces directly outside, so you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings or relax in front of the 50" smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your vacation, and if you want to eat inside, there is a teak dining table and chairs. The Villa offers a beautiful outdoor area where you can enjoy spending time in the summer.

An outdoor kitchen allows you to dine al fresco and enjoy unique Greek cuisine with a glass of chilled ouzo while watching the sunset. To cool off, there is a 3.3 x 4 meter plunge pool/pool on the terrace. The garden (390 sqm) of the villa has been planted with oleander and other traditional Greek plants and herbs.

Paleros, a picturesque town on the west coast of mainland Greece, is set in a stunning backdrop of beautiful and tranquil views and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees stretch down to the sandy beaches. The town with its many bars and taverns is just a few minutes walk away. The most popular place is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht Club, which offers all day entertainment and invites you to relax with sun loungers and umbrellas while enjoying an ice cold drink from the wide selection of cocktails or sampling delicious Greek cuisine from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
The villa is an excellent starting point to explore the neighboring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous island of Skorpios.
