The villa is located high above the bay of Paleros, surrounded by olive groves, with the quiet beach of Pogonia nearby. The stunning color of the Ionian Sea, perfectly complemented by the lush backdrop of the Acarnian Mountains, offers a unique experience to remember.

The villa consists of two parts, the main villa, which consists of the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, and two additional guest bedrooms separated from the villa by a covered outdoor living area.
The master bedroom offers breathtaking views over Paleros Bay, the tranquility of the Acaran mountain range and the sparkle of the sea. With a large double bed and a Cocomat mattress for sound sleep, you will be able to relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, rain shower and stone sink. Built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space and a desk is large enough for a laptop and general items.
The living room and kitchen offer perfect views of the outdoor spaces and pool through glass doors that run the length of the room. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The living room offers seating where you can watch the sunrise and dream about the day ahead, read a book or watch the latest movies on the 50-inch TV. A teak dining table sits near the glass doors and provides a wonderful backdrop for evening meals.
The outdoor area is very spacious, a shaded area with outdoor barbecue. Enjoying the unique Greek cuisine with a glass of chilled ouzo while your company gathers around the large outdoor dining table is an unforgettable and unique outdoor dining memory.
An inviting infinity pool (3x7m) at the house offers cooling off in the midday sun. For sun worshippers, teak loungers are provided around the pool for tanning while reading a good book or sipping an ice-cold drink.

The two guest bedrooms are located across from the main villa. Both rooms have double beds with Cocomat mattresses, a rain shower, plenty of storage space, and a well-lit alcove with a shelf suitable for laptops. The bedrooms are connected by an area consisting of a toilet and two stone sinks.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden planted with oleander and other traditional Greek plants and herbs, making you feel like you are in a beautiful garden.

The most popular place is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht Club, which offers all day entertainment and invites you to relax with sun loungers and umbrellas while enjoying an ice cold drink from the wide selection of cocktails or sampling delicious Greek cuisine from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
The villa is an excellent starting point to explore the neighboring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous island of Skorpios.
