The Villa is located high above the bay of Paleros, surrounded by olive groves, with the quiet beach of Pogonia in close proximity. The stunning color of the Ionian Sea, perfectly complemented by the lush backdrop of the Acarnian Mountains, offers a unique experience to remember. The villa consists of two parts, the main villa, which consists of the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, and two additional guest bedrooms separated from the villa by a covered outdoor living area.
The master bedroom offers breathtaking views over Paleros Bay, the tranquility of the Acaran mountain range and the sparkle of the sea. With a large double bed and coco-mat mattress that guarantees you the best sleep. You will have a complete rest from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, rain shower and stone sink. The built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space and the desk is large enough for a laptop and general items.
The living room and kitchen offer perfect views of the outdoor spaces and pool through the glass doors that run the length of the room. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The living room offers seating where you can watch the sunrise and dream about the day ahead, read a book or watch the latest movies on the 50-inch TV. A teak dining table sits near the glass doors, providing a wonderful backdrop for evening meals.
Enjoy unique authentic Greek cuisine with a glass of chilled wine as you gather with your company around the large outdoor dining table for a memorable and unique al fresco dining experience.

An inviting, sparkling pool at the house offers cooling off in the midday sun, or alternatively, for the sun worshippers, teak loungers surround the pool, allowing you to achieve that desired vacation tan while reading a good book or sipping an ice-cold drink.

The two guest bedrooms are located opposite the main villa. One room has a double bed, the other 2 single beds and both offer a wonderful and comfortable sleep with their Coco-Mat mattresses. A rain shower, plenty of storage space and a well-lit alcove with a shelf for laptops complete the guest rooms. The bedrooms are connected by an area consisting of a toilet and two stone sinks.
Around the villa a beautiful garden with oleander and other traditional Greek plants and herbs has been planted.

Paleros, a picturesque town on the west coast of mainland Greece, is set in a stunning backdrop of beautiful and tranquil views and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees stretch down to the sandy beaches. The town with its many bars and taverns is just a few minutes walk away. The most popular place is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht Club, which offers all day entertainment and invites you to relax with sun loungers and umbrellas while enjoying an ice cold drink from the wide selection of cocktails or sampling delicious Greek cuisine from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
The villa is an excellent starting point to explore the neighboring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous island of Skorpios.
