The villa is located high above the bay of Paleros, surrounded by olive groves, with the quiet beach of Pogonia nearby. It consists of two parts, the main villa, which consists of the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, and two additional guest bedrooms separated from the villa by a covered outdoor living area.
The master bedroom offers breathtaking views over Paleros Bay, the tranquility of the Acaran mountain range and the sparkle of the sea. With a large double bed and a Coco-Mat mattress, you are guaranteed the best sleep and wake up fully refreshed from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, rain shower and stone sink. The built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space and the desk is large enough for a laptop and general items.
The living room and kitchen offer perfect views of the outdoor areas and pool (7m x 3m) through the glass doors that run the length of the room. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessities: coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The living room offers seating where you can watch the sunrise and dream about the day ahead, read a book or watch the latest movies on the 50-inch TV. A teak dining table sits near the glass doors, providing a wonderful backdrop for evening meals.

Enjoy unique authentic Greek cuisine with a glass of chilled wine as you gather with your company around the large outdoor dining table for a memorable and unique al fresco dining experience.
An inviting, sparkling pool and Jacuzzi at the house offer cooling off in the midday sun. For sun worshippers, there are teak sun loungers around the pool where you can get a tan while reading a good book or sipping an ice-cold drink. During the winter months, the pool can be heated upon request.

The two guest bedrooms are located opposite the main villa. All rooms are furnished with double beds that offer a wonderful and comfortable sleep with their Cocomat mattresses. A rain shower, plenty of storage space and a well-lit alcove with a shelf for laptops complete the guest rooms. The bedrooms are connected by an area consisting of a toilet and two stone sinks.
Around the villa there is a beautiful planting with flowering oleander.
